I’m Alex Ivanov, and for the last 10+ years I’ve worked across Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, mostly in roles where growth had to be built, not just reported. My main focus has always been on turning scattered commercial activity into something more predictable: clear processes, stronger partner pipelines, better sales logic, and marketing that supports real business goals instead of existing separately from them. I’m interested in systems that can be repeated, measured, and scaled, because in competitive markets, random wins are not enough. A large part of my current work is connected with the US iGaming and Sports Wagering markets. These markets move fast, but they also leave very little room for careless decisions. Growth here depends not only on acquisition and partnerships, but also on infrastructure stability, compliance awareness, and proper risk distribution. A campaign, platform, or partnership can look promising on the surface, but if the technical setup or regulatory side is weak, the business becomes exposed. That is why I look at development from several angles at once: commercial opportunity, operational risk, hosting reliability, compliance pressure, and long-term scalability. For me, business development is not just about opening doors. It is about understanding which doors are worth opening, how much risk sits behind them, and whether the company can actually support the growth that comes next. I work best in environments where sales, marketing, product, legal, and technical teams need to move in the same direction. The US betting and iGaming space demands that kind of coordination. You cannot treat compliance as an afterthought, hosting as a backend detail, or marketing as just traffic generation. Everything is connected. My approach is practical: build stable processes, reduce weak points, diversify risks, and create growth models that can survive pressure. I care about performance, but I care just as much about structure, because real scale only works when the foundation underneath it is strong.
